The latest H-1B Cap figures released by USCIS on May 11^th show continued steady usage of the FY2013 numbers.  As of May 11^th, approximately 36,700 H-1B petitions had been counted toward the “regular” cap (~56% of the total) while 14,800 (~75% of the total) had been counted toward the advanced degree cap.
